Yes, this pdf is for Version 4 of the IC-7000 programmer. While some features have changed and many have been added, the general functions of the radio described here have not changed.
This document is offered with the hopes that you will find that information helpful and can overlook other information that is obvious out of date (as in Windows versions and references to cables no longer in use... feel free to check with us at tech support for clarity should a detail raise and issue for you.)
