There are times on the Mac that the programmer will lose touch with its credentials. This happens sometimes with operating system upgrades. At other times we see this error when an image has been restored in an attempt to reinstate programs and other files after changes to the machine or the OS.
The correction is completed by reinstalling the programmer.
Download again from www.rtsystems.us/software Then use that fresh installer to put the programmer back in place on this machine.
