Be aware that the Retevis RA685 radio may not transmit on all your local ham repeaters.
Yes, you can enter the frequency of the repeater and the Programmer will calculate the transmit frequency automatically for you; BUT, the Programmer will NOT make the radio transmit on a given frequency if that ability is not in the design of the radio.
Check for details of your particular model on the label found on the radio beneath the battery.
