The USB-RTS01 is a single radio interface that connects one Icom radio to a computer just as the Icom CT-17 (Icom interface) connects five radios. In other words, the electronics and the wiring offer the same compatibility between the radio and the computer.
The USB-RTS01 cable works with many Icom radios for programming with RT Software, CAT (control) operations with software from other sources, and/or radio firmware upgrades from the manufacturers.
