If the D-Star columns are not visible in the spreadsheet, the D-Star Calc selection will not be available in the menu.
Causes for hidden D-Star Columns in the spreadsheet:
1) The programmers is in Simple Mode. Look in the Edit menu to see if the Simple Mode option is checked. If it is, uncheck it to return all the columns to the screen.
2) The D-Star functions of the radio are addressed in a different part of memory. In the IC-91 and IC-92 you will find D-Star features in Band B. Click on the Band B Memories tab at the bottom of the screen to access this part of the radio. This mimics the structure of the radio (i.e., you must be in Band B on the radio to use D-Star).
