Radios works with "hotspot" Devices (Zum, Shark, Open Spot, DV Dongle). RT Systems programmers can help you set up channels to successfully talk to the world via the Internet through the device.
Unfortunately, RT Systems cannot help you set up the "hotspot" given all the variables for the devices and your internet service. What we can offer is this information for you to use to contact support for your device.
