Overcoming Windows Permissions to allow programmer to run

Adding Authenticated User to allow Programmer to run.

Given the variables of computer permissions, sometimes the installer for the Programmers cannot complete everything it needs to run the application successfully.

The error is a Windows does not allow because of your permissions... type message. We have all seen it.

This was the one last thing that needed to be completed so the Programmer could run.

1. Scroll to and right click on RTSystems V5

2. Click Properties

3. Click "Security"

4. If Authenticated Users is not there, Click Edit.

5. Click Add

6. Type in Authenticated and Click Check Names

7. Windows will find Authenticated User. Click OK (I had to click Cancel because Authenticated User was already there.)

8. Click Authenticated User in the list.

9. Check the permissions to Allow Modify, Read & execute, List folder contents, Read, and Write. (Full Control was not checked on my machine and everything is running. It may be necessary given someone else's configuration.)

10. Click Apply. Try the Programmer again.
