The RepeaterBook.com site allows very strong passwords with all the special characters.
Unfortunately, all those characters do not play nicely when passing them between the Route Search in the RT Systems programmers and the mechanics of the site that make the magic happen. We have determined that / \ and " cause an App token failure. This is being investigated actively. (12/30/2025)
For now, the work around is to change your password for the RepeaterBook.com site (found in Your Profile) to a string that does not include / \ or ". Return to the Route Search in the Programmer with this new password.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and hope to have a different solution in the near future that will not involve a password change.
