The Wouxun KG-X2S20G and KG-XS20G Pro is programmed through the DATA port on the BACK of the radio.... NOT THE MIC JACK!! The cable will plug-in to the mic jack, but design of the radio does not include programming through the mic jack.
The programmer includes these instruction:
With this graphic from the manual, you will be able to find that port... BTW, it will take a small screw driver to get to it.
