The FTM-10R radio did not program in a conventional way. It's only external programming was via RF from another FTM-10. No cable programming was available in its design.
Given the equipment it would have taken to develop an RF interface just for that unit, RT Systems passed on that radio years ago when it was first introduced.
With that one, you are left to program from the face of the radio.
