The RT Systems programmer for the QRZ-1 radio does work on the Mac. The cable being sold by Gigaparts works on the Mac. But, the cable does NOT work on older operating system versions of the Mac.
So, if you are a Mac user and you purchase the cable from Gigaparts, you are limited to Big Sur (11.7) or newer.
If you purchase the RT Systems USB-K4Y cable for use with the radio and the programmer, you will be able to use it on High Sierra (10.13) or newer.
All operating systems on Mac must be 64 bit.
