Radio manufacturers offer upgrades to their radios. Sometimes these correct problems in the original design to make a feature work as intended. Sometimes these introduce new features or settings for the radio.
RT Systems works to incorporate these changes into the programmer as quickly as possible once we know of the firmware upgrade. Realize, we often have no knowledge of the change until you, the users, tell us.... so keep those cards and letters coming!!
A radio with a firmware upgrade is considered a new radio to be scheduled into rotation for development. Please be patient as we work through these changes AND keep the programmer working for those who choose not to upgrade a particular model.
