Sync not working

The SYNC function is really neat on this radio. 

SYNC On

• It puts you in a single receive mode
• It displays Name and Frequency for the channel
• The top and bottom of the display move in tandem when changing channels. 

But there is a "gotcha" involved with another option of the radio.  SYNC cannot be engaged either from the programmer or from the face of the radio if Dual Watch Enable (D.Wait on the radio) is engaged.  The radio will ignore the option when you send the file to it or attempt to engage it from the radio's menu.
