We recently had an issue where a customer on a Mac was not able to successfully install one of our programmers. He would reach the stage of the installation process where the install wizard would ask for his email address and serial number but, after entering his info correctly and clicking the 'Next' button the installer would just lock up and not move forward.
We ultimately discovered that the solution to the issue was to boot his Mac in to "Safe Mode" and preform the installation then. Doing this resolved the issue and allowed the software to be installed as per normal.
