The RT Systems programmer for the Rugged Radio GMR25 will only accept valid GMRS frequencies. The reason behind this is we have recently noticed that even if you put a frequency that is not a valid GMRS frequency, they will not display on the radio. There might be other software programs out there that will allow you to send those frequencies, but once again you will not see them on the radio.
