Cannot Read from the FT-65

Not being able to establish communications between the radio and the computer has become a frequent and frustrating issue for this radio. 

In ALL cases so far, the problem lies in not plugging the cable all the way into the mic jack.  As one customer just described it, "I had to push harder on that plug to get past that last detent than I ever have had to on any other radio."  

Apparently the component used for the mic jack on some of the radios is on the small side of the tolerances.  

Pushing hard and getting the plug into the jack COMPLETELY will get the job done.  

Push hard...  you CANNOT push too hard but you can push too little.
