The downloaded setup contains two programs. Information here will help you identify which you need.
When you download for Windows then run the setup file, you are presented with this screen. From here you select the program to install. You are welcome to install both.
When you download for Mac, the .zip file will contain two .dmg files. From the two in the resulting directory, select the program to install. You are welcome to install both.
