Communication Timeout Error - IC-2820
If you are using the orange-colored USB-RTS05 cable, this error may indicate that the radio's data port has been disabled.
Plugging a cable into the radio's speaker jacks will disable the data port. Remove all accessories from the radio before you attempt to get data from or send data to it.
