Some DMR radios have a roaming feature. When this feature is engaged, the radio will automatically change to the repeater in the list with the strongest signal.
If you are operating mobile, this feature could be very useful, however, you very well could lose your conversation when the radio switches to another repeater. Be sure your repeaters are set up with the same talk groups so you can quickly continue your conversation.
