DMR: Display Preferences

To get to the preferences menu click Settings>and then Radio Menu Settings.

 

Display Tab

Once the new window pops up, which can take a minute while loading all the preferences, make sure you are on the Display tab.



Call End Prompt Box – Displays a prompt indicating a digital call has ended.

CH Switching Keeps Last Caller - When switching channels, the radio retains the last caller's information.

Display Channel Type – Displays the channel type (digital or analog) of the current channel.

Display Color Code – Displays the color code of the digital channel being used.

Display Current Contact – Displays information about the current contact or caller, such as their ID or call sign.

Display Time Slot – Displays the time slot (if using DMR digital mode) being used.

Show Last Call on Launch – Displays information about the last call received or made when the radio is powered on.

Separate Display – Displays a line separating the top and bottom sections of the screen.

Time Display – Displays the Current time.

A Channel Name Color – Allows you to set the color displayed for Channel A name.

B Channel Name Color – Allows you to set the color displayed for Channel B name.

Auto Backlight Duration – Determines how long the backlight remains on after receiving.

Backlight Delay of TX - Determines how long the backlight remains on after transmitting.

Brightness – Increases or decreases the display brightness.

Call Display Mode – Determines how the received caller will be identified on the display.

Call Sign Display Color – Allows you to set the color displayed for the received caller’s call sign.

Date Display Format – Allows you to set how the date will be displayed.

Display Channel Number – Allows you to set how the Channel number is displayed.

Last Caller – Determines how the last caller will be identified on the display.

Talk Alias - Allows you to assign a name or alias to a specific radio ID or call sign, so the caller can be easily recognized.

Menu Exit Time – Determines how long the menu will be displayed before switching back to the main screen.

Rx Backlight Delay – Determines how long the backlight remains on after receiving.

Standy Char Color – Allows you to set the color of the characters when not receiving or transmitting.

Standby BK Picture – Allows you to set the background image to be displayed when in standby.

Zone Name Color A - Allows you to set the color displayed for Zone A.

Zone Name Color B – Allows you to set the color displayed for Zone B.

Volume Bar – Determines if the volume bar will be displayed when adjusting the volume.
